He has since pursued his technique for laminating glass sheets into a block and carving and polishing it into glass works. As he grinds and polishes the surface of cubic or other rectangular glass, the surface comes to undulate like a drop of water or more recently like a cylinder. The transparency of the glass and the light that permeates and reflects from the glass object produce a calm, profound world, a world that one can find when looking into water.
